I reserve the right to change and update my TOS as I see fit. By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms listed below as they are at the time of ordering.

⭒ Ordering

When placing an order please make sure to include this information:

  • The type of commission you are interested in (flat color, shaded, painted, ref).

  • The size of commission you are interested in (headshot/bust or knees-up/fullbody).

  • Any information about the character/s that could be relevant, their name, reference img, personality, relationship (if multiple characters), etc.

  • If any of the characters do not belong to you (if its a gift, for example), tell me who are the owners of the character/s.

  • Include your paypal address so I can send you an invoice right away!

  • (Optional) If you would like a specific outfit or prop for your character that isn't included in their ref, please provide a reference or an example, or at least style or description.

  • (Optional) If you have a specific scene, setting, location, or mood that you would like to see drawn, let me know! Provide refs where needed, that can often help me understand what you have in mind!

  • (Optional) The size in pixels (100x100 or 1920x1080 for example) or proportion (round or square for example), or DPI (for print), if you want to use the art as a wallpaper, avatar, print it, or anything else specific!

Please note that I am currently not able to work full time, and the speed at which I work is limited. If you have a deadline for the commission, ask before you order, to make sure that I would be able to meet it!Depending on how soon the deadline is, there may be additional costs to bump you to the top of the queue.

⭒ Payment and refunds

Currently I accept payment in USD, through paypal only!

The invoice will be sent before I begin working on your order, and any WIPs will be sent only after I've been paid in full.

I do not offer payment plans, however if you are unable to pay until a later date, please let me know right away so I can schedule my time accordingly! Please do not waste my time if you are unable to pay for an unknown amount of time.

A refund may be requested if two months (60 days) have passed since the invoice has been paid. This is to allow myself enough time for unexpected delays, such as personal problems and health issues.

The amount possible for refund depends on the work that has been completed on the piece, and the type of commission that has been ordered.

  • The amount refunded may not include any cut that paypal might take. I am not responsible for refunding any such fees. Any refund will be calculated based on the amount I received on my end.

  • If the commission has not been started, you may receive a full refund.

  • If only the sketch has been completed, you may receive a 75% refund.

  • If the lineart has been completed, you may receive a 50% refund (not aplicable to flat colored commissions).

  • In the case of painted style commissions, if a sketch has been completed and approved, you may receive a 50% refund.

  • If a drawing has been completed fully, or beyond the stages listed above, it is not eligible for a refund of any amount.

If at any point during the creation process you are unhappy with the direction the piece is headed, I expect you to inform me so the issue can be addressed and resolved.Changes in the current drawing process are free of charge (for example - changing the pose during the sketch stage). If you are unsatisfied with the sketch, I am open to completely re-doing it, however be aware that you are not free to use discarded sketch in any way, and I may repurpose elements of it as I see fit.Changes in the previous drawing stages can require an additional charge (for example - changing the pose AFTER the lineart is complete, or changing the lineart when I'm already working on the shading stage). Price for changes like this will depend entirely on the extent and complexity of the changes being made.For paintings, any additional cost will vary based on how big of a change it is, and how difficult it would be to make said change. Color adjustments (such as brightness) can be requested for free, but anything that requires me to paint over an area in order to change it, will have a small fee.Changes can be requested for free if I missed a detail that is on the characters ref sheet provided to me. But due to artistic effects (shading, light, blur effects, etc) some markings and details can have slight differences from their ref.

⭒ WIPs and updates

You can expect the first sketch in about a week to ten days of the invoice being paid!After the first sketch, updates vary depending on the type of commission.

  • Lined commissions can receive an update at every completed stage (lineart, flat color, complete).

  • Painted commissions are not as linear and don't always have specific stages of completion. I try to send updates roughly once a week, to show completed phases such as sketch, background, laying down character shapes/colors, and complete, but this may vary between different commissions.

Time of completion can range from 2 weeks (for smaller pieces, like busts and flat drawings) to 2 months (for larger pieces, like multiple character paintings).Don't be afraid to ask for an update, I'll answer you as soon as I can, but be aware of my timezone (GMT+2 /+3 in summer time) and I tend to be awake at odd hours, so please be patient. Just being online doesn't mean I'm in work mode, so I will get back to you as soon as I can.If you don't want to see WIPs and want the final piece to be a surprise, let me know!

⭒ Will/won't draw

Not everything depicted in my work represents my own views and beliefs, nor do I represent the views or beliefs of my customers or their characters. I have the right to refuse any order for any reason.

YES

♡ Any species of animal, anthro, creature, pokemon, humanoid, fantasy or mythical being.♡ Original species if provided a suitable reference.♡ LGBTQ+ characters and couples.♡ Varied body shapes and sizes, depiction of disability.♡ Robots, mecha, weapons, armor, vehicles if provided a reference, up to a certain level of complexity.♡ Mild gore - cuts, bruises, vent art.♡ Nudity - depends, upper body nudity is typically okay, lower body nudity needs to be covered (character has to be 18 or older).♡ Suggestive, kink or fetish - ask! Depends on my own comfort levels, and how explicit the theme is. Some examples of what I'd be okay with: Pinups, latex outfits, partial nudity, shibari/restraints, size difference, paws (character has to be 18 or older).

NO

✘ Very complex robots, mecha, weapons, armor, vehicles, etc, or robotic things without enough reference.✘ Heavy gore (missing limbs, depiction of/implied death, guts showing, includes candy/glitch gore).✘ NSFW, sexual acts, uncovered genitals.✘ Sexual or non-sexual fetishes such as: scat/WS/diapers, babyfur, hyper/inflation, pregnancy, macro/micro, musk, any sort of suggestive or fetish themes involving underage characters.

⭒ Using my art

I may use any of my art as examples for future commissions, as well as upload it to any social media as I see fit.

I reserve all rights to my work, which includes the right to be recognized as the author of my work, as well as the copyright. This means that you are not allowed to sell my work without my written permission. My commissions are for personal use only, which means you may display, print, and post (with credit) my art as you see fit.I reserve all rights to my work even if the character/s depicted change ownership. If the new owner of the character wishes to be added to the description of a commission, please ask! New owners do not have the right to make changes to my art without permission! Please do not upload my art without notifying me first that ownership of a character has changed, as I might assume art theft!If you are not the owner of any characters in my art, or the person who ordered the commission, you may not use or reupload my art for any reason!If uploading my art anywhere, do not remove, cut off, or hide the signature for any reason. If this is impossible (for example, if you use my art as an avatar and my signature can no longer be seen due to size, or if it gets cropped when used as an avatar) please credit me where possible!If you receive a version of a commission without my signature, this version is strictly for personal use and not for uploading anywhere! If I discover that a signature-less version has been uploaded, I will consider this art theft and take appropriate measures to address it.Do not claim my work as your own.
Do not edit it without my permission.
Do not sell my work in any way, shape or form.

⭒ NFTs and AI

I do not permit my artwork to be sold as NFTs.
I do not do commissions that are intended to be sold as NFTs.
I do not care to join or participate in any NFT community, and in no way consent to see my art associated with it.That includes if you've commissioned me - buying artwork from me does NOT give you the permission to sell it or distribute it beyond personal use (such as using as your background, avatar, printing for yourself, printing as a gift for a friend, etc).I do not support NFTs and I will not be participating in NFTs, and I do not consent to having my artwork used in any way relating to NFTs.The only exception is if you sell a character (who I have drawn) as an NFT - in this instance the permission to use my artwork (as described previously) transfers to the new owner along with the character, but my artwork itself can never ever be used as NFT or otherwise re-sold without my consent.I do not permit my artwork to be used in/by any AI for any purpose whatsoever. I consider AI image generators predatory and in no way wish to be associated with them.
